Microsoft Research Machine Translation (MSR-MT) Team has a method for you to join up a chat session with a translation bot and a chat buddy that will translate what you say to them. You can translate to and from the following languages - English to/from: Arabic, Chinese Simplified, Chinese Traditional, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish.
