Microsoft is planning their own version of the iPhone App Store but for Windows Mobile devices(of course).
Microsoft realized, while there are may be nearly 15 times more apps available for Windows Mobile devices, many people carrying Windows Mobile Phones are unaware of the selection, as the apps are not gathered in one central place for download. Some vendors sell directly, some are available on shareware sites and some are for sale on sites like Handango. While there are nearly 18,000 apps available, the core apps I’d recommend to just about anyone with a Windows Mobile Phone are: MS Voice Command, SPB PocketPlus and SPB Phone Suite.
