Microsoft has begun to offer Dream Server which includes both   Windows Small Business Server 2008 and Windows Essential Business Server 2008 standard and premium.

Windows Essential Business Server 2008 is a new all in one server for offices up to 300 users.   Small Business Server is for office up to 75 users.   Both products are excellent ways to save money for small businesses needing Windows file services and exchange on the same system and SQL if you purchase the premium version.   The pricing has increased over the previous version however by about $300.   There are limitations to purchasing this all in one solution over the separate products of course but if your company is just starting out, these may be a good choice.
