Using Handango, developers can submit their app to distribute the app for free, sell the app for a one time purchase fee or sell the application for a monthly, quarterly or annual subscription fee.  Handango is also sponsoring a contest to award the best free Android application and the best-paid Android application uploaded to the Handango catalog by November 7, 2008. November 7, 2008. Each winner is eligible to receive a $25,000 advertising allowance.
