Blackberry is not shy about releasing new devices as of late (including the Javelin) with the ever more competitive PDA phone market.Blackberry 8900 aka Javelin by Year’s End

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

With the Google Android coming to T-mobile shortly, the new iPhone 3G, the HTC Diamond and Touch Pro as well as the Palm Treo Pro 850, Blackberry is keeping their lineup fresh with the Storm aka Thunder, Bold and Javelin.

The Javelin seems to be the next in line to update the Blackberry Curve.  The notable improvements are the 480 x 360 screen,  512 MHz processor, 256MB on board memory, and 3.2 MP camera with autofocus.   Expected release dates vary widely from 30 days to year’s end.
